Role Description London School of Excellence is hiring a Digital Growth & Marketing Executive based in Nigeria to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for a creative and results-driven marketer who can manage digital campaigns, create strong marketing content, grow our online presence, and help convert student enquiries into successful applications for UK study opportunities. - Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms. - Create engaging social media content, campaign ideas, and marketing creatives. - Grow and manage our social media presence, engagement, and audience reach. - Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, calls, email, or CRM and support student enrolment conversions. - Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on results. - Support marketing campaigns for UK university admissions, study abroad opportunities, intakes, course promotions, and application deadlines. - Prepare simple reports on leads, campaign performance, engagement, and conversion progress. - Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to improve lead quality and student recruitment results. Qualifications - Must be based in Nigeria. - Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, paid ads, or lead generation. - Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and digital marketing platforms. - Ability to create attractive marketing content, captions, campaign ideas, and basic designs. - Experience using Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is preferred. - Strong written and spoken English communication skills. - Confident in following up with leads professionally through WhatsApp, calls, email, or CRM. - Organised, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision. - Experience in education, student recruitment, study abroad, or admissions marketing will be an advantage. - Must be focused on real growth, lead quality, campaign performance, and student conversion.
