Location Peru Mode: Remote Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and integrate scalable backend services and platform components using C# and .NET Core. - Implement enterprise authentication and identity solutions using SAML, SSO, OIDC, and Okta integrations. - Develop and maintain frontend components and administration interfaces using Angular. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support platform modernization, migration initiatives, and scalable system integrations. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in full stack software engineering using Microsoft technologies. - Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core. - Solid experience developing frontend applications using Angular. - Strong understanding of enterprise authentication and identity standards including SAML, SSO, OIDC, and Okta. - Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with messaging queues such as RabbitMQ. - Experience with Elastic technologies for logging, monitoring, or search capabilities. - Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience supporting platform modernization or migration initiatives. - Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and distributed systems. - Knowledge of API integrations and microservices architecture. - Experience working within Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms or enterprise SaaS products.

• Design, implement, test, and maintain .NET applications • Build and maintain data layers with Entity Framework and direct SQL Server code • Write and optimize complex SQL; tune DB performance • Integrate third‑party APIs and custom client services securely and reliably • Apply dependency injection for modular, testable code • Deploy and troubleshoot apps on IIS and on‑prem environments • Use logging and telemetry (App Insights or similar) to monitor production • Improve legacy code for readability, testability, and maintainability • Use AI coding assistants responsibly to boost productivity and validate outputs

• Own the design and evolution of core backend services that power workflow execution, scheduling and orchestration across multiple cloud data warehouses. • Translate visual DAGs into efficient, warehouse-native SQL and procedural code, pushing computation down to where the data lives. • Build and maintain integrations with BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Azure Oracle, Postgres and Synapse — including connection management, query execution, error handling and cost/performance optimization. • Extend the component catalog with new analytical building blocks and design the SDK that lets customers and partners contribute their own. • Improve reliability and observability of long-running, scheduled and event-triggered jobs: retries, idempotency, lineage, logging, metrics. • Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, Data Engineering and QA to ship features end-to-end, from API design to UX behavior. • Integrate AI tools pragmatically throughout your development workflow — not as a checkbox, but as a genuine productivity multiplier in how you design, build, and test.
