• As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be part of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology • Deliver Workday Financial solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions. • Lead Workday deployments as the Delivery Director overseeing all delivery efforts and activities. • Be responsible for advising clients on cloud computing systems and other available service-based technologies. • Review, plan, and provide assistance to clients in end-to-end customer relationship management and human capital system implementation activities. • Create, review, and advise on digital roadmaps from conception to post-implementation assessment. • Plan, develop, and implement work processes and methodologies to support deployment. • Have expert level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and robust understanding of the impact of work on other practices across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
- Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
- Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of TEN (10) years delivering Workday knowledge for public sector clients; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of EIGHT (8) years delivering Workday knowledge for public sector clients.
- Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as a MINIMUM of FOURTEEN (14) years delivering Workday knowledge for public sector clients
- Expertise in theories, concepts, and principles to drive results for the consulting practice
- Exhibits robust knowledge of project management

The Director of Development leads the Guinn Center’s fundraising and advancement strategy, cultivating and sustaining relationships with donors, foundations, corporations, and public partners. Major Responsibilities Fundraising Strategy and Execution - Lead and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to sustain and grow an annual budget from $1 million to $3 million by 2028. - Develop strategies for major gifts, planned and legacy giving, and endowment growth. - Manage annual giving campaigns, donor engagement events, and other fundraising initiatives. - Oversee the Client Relationship Management System and track fundraising metrics for leadership and the Board. - Lead the development, writing, and submission of competitive grant proposals at the national, state, and local levels to grow sustainable revenue. Donor and Partner Relations - Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, foundations, and corporate partners. - Collaborate with the Executive Director and research team to align fundraising priorities with programmatic goals. - Ensure proposals and stewardship materials reflect the Guinn Center’s mission and demonstrate impact. - Maintain a strong understanding of the Guinn Center’s research to effectively communicate its relevance.
