Product Manager, Integrations
Doma
• Own day-to-day product execution and roadmap across Data Services and Integrations initiatives, including Doma’s Public API • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Manage and prioritize the product backlog across multiple workstreams • Partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions • Support integration efforts with external partners, ensuring reliable and scalable data exchange • Bridge subject matter experts and AI systems, synthesizing domain feedback to improve how AI agents process real estate documents • Define and track key product and operational metrics across data services and integrations • Establish visibility into system performance, throughput, latency, and failure points • Monitor trends and proactively identify degradations, anomalies, or risks • Act as the product point of contact for third-party data providers, middleware platforms, and technical partners • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify pain points and opportunities for automation, efficiency, and error reduction.
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
- Strong execution skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience working with product metrics, monitoring, or system performance
- Comfort working with technical systems, APIs, and data flows
- Experience working with customers, external vendors, and technical partners
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple product areas simultaneously without losing focus or quality
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
