Solutions Architect – Pre-Sales Applications

• Orchestrate BIDs. • Develop technical solution proposals with AI, defining success metrics and implementation budgets. • Be dynamic, proactive and digitally savvy, with strong experience in building and drafting proposals to strengthen our team. • Assess the commercial and technical feasibility of participating in a bid. • Understand client requirements and ensure they are well documented, validating understanding and clarifying scope and services involved. • Support the decision whether to participate in each bid. • Participate in client meetings to understand their challenges and objectives and resolve technical and scope-related questions. • Analyze technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions, assembling offer and service engineering when applicable. • Define timelines for proposal preparation, internal stakeholders involved, cadence of opportunities worked on, and validations according to rules. • Manage the cross-functional team involved in the process (technical, operational, commercial, legal, etc.). • Ensure compliance with deadlines and requirements for each bid, performing reverse engineering to meet timelines and comply with company standards and processes. • Ensure proposals are submitted and recorded within established deadlines. • Support / Architect solutions based on client requirements and needs, leveraging the technologies available within the company — product and service portfolio. • Develop technical documentation/proposals with scope, architecture, deliverables, methodologies, assumptions and out-of-scope items. • Clearly describe the benefits and differentiators of the proposed solution and the company, including case studies of similar projects. • Work together with the commercial team to ensure the technical proposal is aligned with the sales strategy. • Participate in presentations, defenses and technical demonstrations for clients. • Validate effort estimates in hours with the company’s technical teams. • Present the company’s offerings, case studies, services and the prepared proposals to clarify and defend the technical solution during the bid. • Prepare documents clearly, in a structured manner and in accordance with requirements. • Create models and standards for technical-financial feasibility analyses, benefits and ROI. • Monitor POCs and perform demos for clients. • Prepare proposals with appropriate pricing and cost estimates. • Differentiate our proposals from competitors, and be familiar with market solutions using AI to improve costs and timelines for clients.

Job Requirements

  • Pre-sales Solutions Architect — Applications
  • Focus on requirements related to APIs, Integration, Data, AI, application modernization and AMS.
  • Familiarity with IT services and digital transformation in general, such as cloud, cybersecurity, software development, modernization, N1/N2 support, DevOps, agile methodologies, among others.
  • Planning, scheduling and task organization to orchestrate BIDs.
  • Identification and mitigation of financial, legal and operational risks in bids.
  • Experience with bidding and procurement processes: RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, electronic auctions, public tender documents.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Cost structure and pricing formulation.
  • Aligning solutions to business objectives, translating client needs into viable IT solutions with financial return.
  • Technical writing and communication to produce clear proposals.
  • Ability to explain solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Teamwork to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
