• Design, build, and maintain production-grade ML pipelines on Databricks. • Operationalize ML models, including deployment, monitoring, and full lifecycle management. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows. • Develop and manage real-time and streaming data pipelines. • Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to efficiently productionize models. • Implement model versioning, experiment tracking, and ensure reproducibility. • Define and enforce ML best practices, governance, and quality standards. • Monitor model performance and data drift, and implement automated retraining strategies. • Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of distributed workloads. • Contribute to platform design for low-latency inference and scalable model serving.

Role Description Within the Accounting function at BenchPrep, you'll play a pivotal role in our finance team. Your focus will be on maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, analyzing data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll contribute to budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements, supporting our financial health and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting, along with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively across the organization. • Join a team of 35 tech sassy Internet of Things and Sensor Technology engineers. • Partnering with your team, you: run Machine Learning and AI models directly on local IoT sensors (rather than on cloud servers). • Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure for AI-driven applications and bring model inference onto drone detection devices. • Implement scalable, low-latency intelligence at the edge. • Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and secure deployments. • Ensure system reliability, performance, security, low-latency predictions and offline operation in sensitive, mission-critical environments. • Work closely with ML engineers to deploy and scale models in production. • Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform). • Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and continuously improve observability. • (if you want) support field operations by acquiring sensor data on site in Germany, Poland or Hungary and validating the technology through controlled field trials.
