Role Description We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft PeopleTools Engineer responsible for the architecture, installation, configuration, upgrade, and ongoing technical operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments. In this role you will own the technical backbone of the PeopleSoft platform — including: - PeopleTools upgrades - Image applications - Security configurations - Search server operations - Integration with cloud and middleware platforms The ideal candidate will combine deep PeopleTools and PeopleSoft administration experience with strong fundamentals in Oracle database, Linux/Unix, and modern DevOps practices. You will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Five or more years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience. - Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM). - Strong experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, and PeopleSoft application/process scheduler servers. - Experience administering Elasticsearch / OpenSearch in support of PeopleSoft. - Working knowledge of Oracle Database administration. - Strong Linux/Unix skills and shell scripting experience. - Familiarity with PeopleSoft Cloud Manager or equivalent automation tooling. - Experience operating HA/DR for PeopleSoft. - Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. Requirements - Install, configure, and operate PeopleSoft environments across development, test, training, and production. - Lead PeopleTools upgrades, PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) image applications, and patch deployments. - Manage application servers, process schedulers, web servers (WebLogic), and the integration broker gateway. - Administer Elasticsearch / OpenSearch (or Verity legacy) deployments supporting PeopleSoft search. - Perform PeopleSoft system copies, refreshes, and clones across environments. - Implement and tune database connectivity, including Oracle Database administration tasks. - Configure PeopleSoft security at the application, web, and infrastructure layers. - Operate PeopleSoft Cloud Manager or equivalent automation tooling where applicable. - Design and operate HA/DR strategies for PeopleSoft environments. - Develop automation tooling using shell, Python, or Ansible to reduce operational toil. - Monitor system health and performance, leading capacity planning and tuning activities. - Provide hands-on post-go-live and hypercare support. - Maintain comprehensive, current technical documentation. - Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers. • Design and implement reinforcement learning solutions for sequential decision-making problems in real and simulated environments. • Develop, calibrate, and maintain simulation environments suitable for large-scale agent training. • Implement and evaluate modern RL algorithms including policy gradient, actor-critic, off-policy, and offline RL methods. • Engineer reward functions and shaping strategies that align agent behavior with desired outcomes and safety constraints. • Apply offline RL and imitation learning techniques where exploration is costly or unsafe. • Use RLHF, DPO, and related techniques for fine-tuning large language models when relevant. • Build scalable training infrastructure for distributed RL, including efficient experience collection and replay systems. • Optimize training stability and sample efficiency through algorithmic and engineering improvements. • Design rigorous evaluation protocols, including out-of-distribution and adversarial test cases. • Implement safety mechanisms such as constraint enforcement, conservative policies, and human-in-the-loop oversight. • Collaborate with applied scientists and product teams to identify high-value RL use cases. • Monitor deployed policies and models in production for drift, regression, and unintended behaviors, building the alerting and dashboards that surface issues before they meaningfully affect users. • Document methodology, design decisions, and operational characteristics for internal stakeholders. • Stay current with RL research and translate promising techniques into production-ready solutions.

• Design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms running mission-critical workloads across on-premises and cloud environments • Own the end-to-end platform lifecycle — from cluster provisioning and hardening, through workload onboarding and developer enablement, to ongoing operations and continuous improvement • Architect, provision, and operate Red Hat OpenShift clusters across on-premises, virtualized, and major cloud environments • Design and implement multi-tenant OpenShift platforms • Automate cluster lifecycle operations — installation, upgrades, scaling, and decommissioning • Onboard application development teams to the platform • Operate OpenShift networking and manage OpenShift storage strategies • Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and tracing • Harden the platform in collaboration with security teams • Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift • Develop disaster-recovery and backup strategies • Plan, test, and execute cluster upgrades • Partner with application teams to right-size workloads • Continuously evolve platform tooling and developer experience • Mentor junior engineers.

• Design and build connected, data-driven industrial systems spanning the factory floor to enterprise cloud platforms • Architect end-to-end IIoT solutions, including edge data acquisition, secure connectivity, cloud ingestion, real-time analytics, and operational dashboards • Work closely with cross-functional partners to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code review, design review, pair programming, and structured knowledge sharing
