• You develop and operate AI-native features end-to-end — with a focus on quality, safety, latency, and cost efficiency. • You build agentic applications and chatbots, including tool use, stateful workflows, and (multi-)agent orchestration. • You establish standards and best practices for how we develop, evaluate, and deploy AI systems. • You work closely with product and engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • You actively shape experimentation workflows and long-term AI roadmap decisions.
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in data science, machine learning, or software engineering with current hands‑on experience in AI engineering and the LLM space.
- Strong Python skills and cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with evaluation, monitoring, and robust production pipelines.
- Experience with agentic systems, chatbots, and tool‑using agents, and familiarity with multi‑agent architectures.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and modern orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
- Ideally, experience with compliance topics, security/privacy‑by‑design, and a DevOps/SRE mindset — including experience with modern machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
