Title: Office Coordinator Location: NC Job Description: - Administrative - NH Virtual Menopause - Full-Time - 8:00am-5:00pm - Monday-Friday - 158397 What We Offer Virtual Office Coordinator Novant Health Virtual Menopause Clinic (Remote) The Virtual Office Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support for the Novant Health Virtual Menopause Clinic, ensuring seamless daily operations in a fully remote care environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with medical office experience, EPIC proficiency, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across a large healthcare system. Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage administrative workflows to support a virtual clinical team - Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, providers, and internal stakeholders in a remote setting - Schedule appointments, manage calendars, handle documentation, and support virtual visit logistics using EPIC (EHR) - Enter, review, and maintain accurate patient and appointment information in Epic - Communicate effectively with providers, patients, and system partners, including senior-level leaders - Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and organization of records in accordance with healthcare regulations - Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues to ensure continuity of care Education - High School Diploma or GED, required Experience - Minimum of two (2) years of successful experience interacting directly with the public, required - At least one (1) year of experience in a healthcare or medical office environment, preferred - Experience using Epic (EHR) in a clinical or administrative setting, preferred - Experience supporting virtual or remote teams is a strong plus Required Skills & Competencies - Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision - Working knowledge of EPIC workflows, including scheduling, documentation, and patient communication - Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills - Professional communication skills with the ability to interact across the Novant Health system and within the community - Comfort engaging with senior-level leaders and providers - High degree of discretion, reliability, and accountability - Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and manage competing deadlines Why Join Novant Health? own a deep understanding of Real Time’s current and future-state customer journey end-to-end from first touch through renewal and expansion • Develop plays aligned to customer journey engagement points and internal triggers, applicable across support, success, and onboarding contexts • Act as a true internal enablement partner to all CX teams at RealTime, regularly engaging with support agents, CSMs, implementation consultants, and team leads to understand their day-to-day friction and turn those insights into actionable tools and programs • "Onboard" team members across functions onto new tools and processes;
