• Manage and mentor a global team of AI platform DevOps engineers. • Coordinate delivery with US-based technical leadership across time zones. • Own sprint planning, delivery cadence, and progress reporting. • Ensure technical quality through code reviews, architecture discussions, and engineering standards. • Collaborate with the Principal Architect and AI/ML Engineering Lead on technical direction. • Remove blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure smooth collaboration. • Hire, retain and motivate top talent on the team by fostering a culture of innovation, speed, and continuous improvement. • Define long-term roadmap and drive release planning and execution
Job Requirements
- Agile team management experience of at least 4 years as Engineering Manager and 10+ years of engineering experience.
- Enterprise AI platform infrastructure development experience, ideally both in leadership and contributor roles
- Ability to support and mentor both individuals and teams.
- Good functional understanding of enterprise SaaS products
- Experience building enterprise grade,scalable, cost-efficient, secure AI/ML platforms with a focus on resiliency, automation, observability.
- Deployment and Life cycle Management of LLM & Embedding Models (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker) and Vector Databases like LanceDB
- Exposure to evaluation of new products and technologies like RAG, MCP servers, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows,LangChain etc.
- Manage AWS core & AI /GenAI services (S3, IAM, EKS, Bedrock, etc..) , Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform).
- Strong communication skills across geographies.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Role Description As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will help run the cloud infrastructure that powers our Ruby API for our family of LGBTQ+ mobile dating apps.
