Sales Associate

Point C

• Support the Northeast Regional Sales Director in executing strategies to achieve new business and revenue targets • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with benefit consultants, brokers, producers, and general agents across the region • Identify and help cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and broker engagement • Partner with the Sales Director on broker meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing relationship management • Collaborate with Sales Operations to manage prospect submissions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline tracking • Support the development of regional sales strategies, market insights, and territory planning efforts • Provide ongoing updates on pipeline activity, broker engagement, and regional performance • Eligible for incentive compensation tied to monthly and annual sales performance aligned with the Northeast Regional Sales Director

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development preferred
  • Exposure to the health insurance, benefits, or third-party administration (TPA) space is a plus
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with interest in developing a consultative sales approach
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, high integrity, and motivation to grow within a sales career path
  • Travel requirement of approximately 25–50% within the Northeast region
