Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Assistant specializing in facade paneling takeoffs and estimates. In this role, you will be a key part of our pre-construction workflow — turning architectural drawings into accurate material quantities and competitive bids, specifically ACM paneling, glass facade, and curtain wall scopes. - Perform detailed material takeoffs for facade systems — with primary focus on ACM paneling, architectural glass facades, curtain walls, and storefront assemblies - Read and interpret shop drawings, architectural elevations, and project specifications to extract precise panel dimensions and quantities - Prepare itemized estimates covering materials, labor, fasteners, glazing components, sub-framing, and ancillaries - Produce organized takeoff reports and bid documents in Excel, PDF, or client-preferred formats - Review and cross-check all estimates for accuracy before submission Qualifications - Proven experience in facade, cladding, or exterior envelope takeoffs and estimating - Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, elevations, shop drawings, and specs — especially for metal and glass systems - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for quantity tracking and estimating - Work closely with engineers to develop and revise designs and calculations Requirements - Work Setup: Full-time, Work-from-Home - Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Technical Focus - Conservation and sustainable use of plant genetic resources for food and agriculture, including on-farm and in situ conservation. - Seed systems and farmer-led approaches to crop diversity and local value chains. - Financing mechanisms and instruments for agrobiodiversity (including PGRFA). - Access and benefit-sharing mechanisms and international policy frameworks for plant genetic resources.
