Working Student – Influencer Marketing
Moruga Cacao
• Research, identification and selection of suitable creators & influencers • Building and maintaining our influencer network • Outreach and communication with creators • Negotiation and management of collaborations • Handling barter deals & paid collaborations including shipping coordination • Analysis of campaign performance, KPI tracking & reporting • Support with creative briefings & storytelling ideas for social media
Job Requirements
- You are studying marketing, communications, media or a related field
- You love social media and understand digital culture & creator trends
- You have a good sense for which creators could be a fit for Moruga
- You work in an organized, independent and proactive way
- You are eager to take responsibility and help shape projects
- You are interested in performance, growth and data-driven thinking
- AI is welcome and should be part of your working approach
