Job Description
Digital Marketing Account Lead
Eulerity
Role Description We are hiring a Digital Marketing Account Lead to own the client relationships that sit at the center of what we do. Who we are looking for: - Someone who has managed enough accounts to know the difference between a client who is satisfied and a client who is actually growing — and who cares about the difference. - You are as comfortable in a C-suite conversation as you are inside a campaign dashboard. - You do not wait for clients to surface problems; you find the pattern before it becomes a problem. - When you make a recommendation, you can show your work. - If you have ever turned a flat renewal into an expansion just by asking the right questions, you will fit in here. What you will actually do: - Own a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brands as their primary strategic partner — the person they call when something matters. - Build and run campaign and business reviews that go beyond reporting: surface the real story in the data, and come with a point of view on what to do next. - Develop customized, cross-channel marketing plans that connect to each client's actual business objectives, not just their media budget. - Run a high-touch onboarding process that sets the tone for a long-term partnership from day one. - Find and close expansion opportunities within your book of business — thoughtful upsell, not checkbox upsell. - Be the internal voice of your clients: work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to make sure what we promise gets delivered. - Help clients understand and use the full depth of the Eulerity platform, staying ahead of industry shifts so they do not have to. Qualifications - 4–6 years in account management, digital marketing, or client strategy — ideally in advertising, tech, or media. - A track record of growing accounts, not just keeping them. Retention is the floor; expansion is the expectation. - Experience with multi-location or franchise brands is a strong plus. If you understand how those organizations actually make decisions, say so. - You can turn performance data into a clear narrative and a concrete recommendation. Not a summary — a point of view. - You can hold a room with senior stakeholders and navigate a hard conversation without losing the relationship. - Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment without things slipping. - Remote-eligible. Benefits - 🩺 Comprehensive benefits - Medical Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - 😎 Summer Fridays - 🏖️ Unlimited PTO - 🚅 Commuter benefits - 📈 401(k) with company match - 💻 Remote Compensation Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, perks and other opportunities at Eulerity. The expected total compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience. IMPORTANT 🛑 PLEASE FILL THIS FORM TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION
