• Liderar técnicamente al equipo de backend: acompañar, mentorizar y hacer crecer a los desarrolladores, siendo referente técnico y punto de resolución de bloqueos. • Definir y evolucionar la arquitectura backend del producto, tomando decisiones técnicas fundamentadas y alineadas con los objetivos de negocio. • Diseñar e implementar servicios y APIs REST de alta calidad, garantizando su correcta integración con las interfaces web y otros servicios del ecosistema. • Establecer y velar por los estándares de desarrollo del equipo: buenas prácticas, revisiones de código, estrategias de testing y documentación técnica. • Garantizar la seguridad, rendimiento, escalabilidad y resiliencia de los servicios en producción. • Colaborar estrechamente con producto, diseño y otros líderes técnicos en la planificación, refinamiento y priorización de las iniciativas técnicas. • Gestionar la deuda técnica del área backend: identificarla, cuantificarla y proponer planes de acción concretos. • Participar en procesos de selección técnica: definición de pruebas, entrevistas y evaluación de candidatos para el equipo. • Asegurar la continuidad operativa del equipo: documentación, runbooks, gestión de incidencias y análisis post-mortem.
