In this role you will get to: Meeting Coordination - Assists in organizing departmental meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials. Reception support - Provides receptionist support on days where there is a large gathering of employees or outside guests Expense Report support - Manages and files expense reports for all Director+ members of the P&C team.
