Role Description - Project Support: Assist with a variety of projects across departments to support daily operations and improve overall department services. - Data Analysis: Help gather and analyze data related to bookings, customer activity, and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities. - Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of internal documentation, including processes, procedures, and guidelines. - Research: Conduct research on travel industry trends, customer preferences, and vendor options to support business initiatives. - Collaboration: Work closely with team members across different departments, contributing to team projects and organizational goals. - Operational Support: Provide general administrative and operational support, ensuring efficient day-to-day department functions. - Project Coordination: Assist in tracking timelines, organizing tasks, and supporting the successful completion of projects and initiatives. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of college; currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience); preferred. - Advanced, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; preferred. - Familiarity with CRM systems; a plus. - Strong interest in the travel industry, including destinations, customer experience, and travel trends.
