Role Description We are currently hiring an Online Customer Service Representative. Job Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service while working with our customers to obtain repayment on their past due loans in a timely manner. - Managing customer communications across all channels, such as email, chat, and phone. - Meet and exceed individual and departmental goals and performance requirements. - Participate and engage in team meetings and performance reviews. - Be a subject matter expert as it pertains to our products, processes, and procedures. - Report to all shifts on-time and ready to work – reliable attendance is critical. - Being flexible and an agent of change. - Other duties as assigned.
