• Define and own the end-to-end trial user journey for Connect AI, from first sign-up through activation milestones • Establish and track a North Star activation metric along with supporting leading indicators (e.g., time-to-first-connection, queries run, sources configured) • Build a deep qualitative and quantitative understanding of where and why users drop off during trial, and prioritize the highest-leverage interventions • Design, ship, and iterate on in-product onboarding flows, tooltips, empty states, and packaged AI skills that accelerate time-to-value • Collaborate with Design to create frictionless signup, configuration, and first-run experiences that reflect the power of Connect AI without overwhelming new users • Identify and build “aha moment” experiences that drive users to their first meaningful outcome (e.g., first successful AI-assisted query, first live data connection) • Own the growth experimentation roadmap for trial and activation; design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments • Work with Engineering to build a robust experimentation infrastructure and maintain a healthy pipeline of growth hypotheses • Partner with Marketing on trial acquisition quality, in-app messaging, and lifecycle campaigns that drive activation • Work with Customer Success to identify patterns from churned trial users and build product solutions that address root causes • Own the data & analytics infrastructure for robust event instrumentation, cohort analysis, and funnel visibility across the trial lifecycle • Define and maintain the growth roadmap for trial and activation, balancing quick wins with foundational platform improvements • Write clear, actionable product specs and user stories; partner with Engineering to scope and deliver high-quality features on time • Represent user and growth insights and influence broader Connect AI product strategy
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on growth, PLG (product-led growth), or activation at a B2B SaaS or developer-tools company
- Demonstrated track record of owning and improving trial-to-activation or free-to-paid conversion funnels with measurable results
- Strong experimentation discipline: experience designing, running, and interpreting statistically sound A/B tests
- Deep comfort with data, including writing SQL, navigating analytics tools, and independently generating actionable insights.
- Experience working in PLG or self-serve product environments where the product itself is the primary growth channel
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills; ability to align Engineers, Designers, Marketers, and Executives around a shared growth vision
- Experience working in distributed, remote-first environments

Role Description The Consumer New Product Development (NPD) team is responsible for leading large, cross-functional teams to drive new products, benefits, and capabilities from ideation to market launch. This role has high visibility and broad exposure to all critical areas of the Consumer business. - Lead the launch of capabilities, features, and products across card product and lending for the Consumer business to drive business results, improve customer experiences, and increase agility in product development. - Understand business objectives and customer needs, identify creative ways to leverage capabilities, and develop new solutions to meet those needs. - Lead concept development, feasibility assessment, and end-to-end customer experience design followed by development, testing, and launch. - Drive vision and development of new products, features, and capabilities based on in-depth knowledge of customer, business, and technology.
