• Collaborate with Product Owners, development, and support teams to solve complex product and engineering challenges. • Build, maintain, and optimize services using JavaScript/TypeScript in a microservices architecture. • Work closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Full Stack teams to bring prototypes into production. • Design and maintain reusable internal libraries, shared modules, and development tooling. • Contribute to architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices across services. • Develop scalable systems using MongoDB, SingleStore, Kafka, AWS, and related technologies. • Ensure technical alignment and effective communication across cross-functional teams.

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI • Write complex T-SQL queries and optimize databases • Build and maintain data models using Pydantic v2 • Author automated test suites using Pytest or similar frameworks • Collaborate with frontend teams to define API contracts • Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks

• You'll implement backends and their interactions with various data stores and other APIs (including 3rd party APIs). • You'll work in an agile environment focusing on projects that are impactful on our business. • You'll support reliable databases and APIs for real-time automated decision-making. • You'll deploy your software using industry-standard tooling like Kubernetes clusters, and Lambda functions. • You'll investigate and resolve production issues by analyzing code, data, and system behavior and then propose and implement timely fixes to minimize user impact. • You'll care deeply about security in everything you do and constantly raise the baseline of how we defend our user's data against external threats and themselves. • You'll implement robust automated test suites to ensure high quality and low failure rate of delivered code. • You'll work closely with Product Managers, Senior Engineers and Architects to understand business processes, rules, and requirements, and turn them into high-quality code with automated tests, and deploy them to production. • You’ll have a lot of chances to develop your programming skills as well as learn a lot about how tech business is done in the US (if you want to).
