What you need to have to be considered - 8+ years of experience in healthcare payer systems or consulting, with deep QNXT technical expertise - Strong hands‑on experience with claims processing, configuration, batch jobs, and database concepts - Proven experience leading technical teams in a consulting or delivery environment - Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and supportable technical solutions - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills These will help you stand out - Experience supporting QNXT production environments - Strong SQL, data analysis, and advanced troubleshooting skills - Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or ACA Exchange platforms - Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with client IT leadership Salary and Other Compensation: Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. *Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future* The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $113K-$132K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
