Your day-to-day: - Research and test new SEO practices (including AI SEO), tools, and formats to uncover fresh growth opportunities. - Plan new content opportunities for focus products based on user needs, product updates, and SEO insights. - Create clear, data-driven briefs that turn strategy and experiment results into actionable content for writers. - Audit and optimize existing tutorials to strengthen topical authority, resolve cannibalization issues, and boost organic traffic. - Use data and experimentation to guide decisions, measure outcomes, and scale what works. - Stay on top of the latest SEO trends and translate them into actionable strategies. - Collaborate with other teams to share insights, test ideas, and drive measurable results. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience as an on-site SEO specialist or in a similar role. - Proven track record of developing content strategies that drive organic growth, engagement, and conversions. - Mastery of on-site and semantic SEO. - Expertise with search and analytics tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SurferSEO, etc.). - Solid understanding of off-site and technical SEO. - Creative and analytical mindset with a passion for testing and learning. - Strong sense of ownership and accountability. • You’ll be the person who turns our proprietary data and the Founder’s expertise into a steady stream of high-impact content across LinkedIn and YouTube. • You’ll own the editorial strategy, develop recurring content formats, write or ghostwrite posts, create video storyboards, and manage the creative team that produces everything. • You’re a producer: part strategist, part writer, part editor-in-chief. • You’ll work directly with the Founder to extract insights and shape them into content that makes people stop scrolling. • You’ll track what’s working and what’s not across every format and platform.
