Job Requirements

  • 15+ years’ experience with a primary focus in an executive Data & Analytics leadership role
  • Experience in executive level roles within consulting, sales or customer facing positions
  • Modern technical skills and subject matter expertise such as advising on data strategy, governance, control, policy development & data optimisation
  • Experience in Data Science fields like Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, etc.
  • Leadership perspective in Business Intelligence and Analytics
  • Experience in Agile/Bimodal IT, DevOps, Lean Development, Mobile app development, etc.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required

Role Description Leaf Home is seeking an experienced marketing manager to establish, maintain and improve business relationships with our affiliate network. The Manager, Affiliate will lead the success of Affiliate across Leaf Home Enhancements and Bath product lines. This candidate demonstrates problem-solving skills, has experience collaborating with a call center, and obsesses over the metrics to deliver measurable results. As a member of the Digital Acquisition Team and reporting to the Sr. Manager, Affiliate, the Manager will oversee a results-oriented Sr. Specialist responsible for meticulous performance management of affiliates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Bring in-depth knowledge of affiliate partners and operate as the in-house expert in your channel, while also showing a more general understanding of the media landscape and measurement to work collaboratively with biddable counterparts. - Responsible for portfolio performance and budget of eight-plus figures per month. - Leads the budgeting, testing, and optimization roadmap for team against assigned KPIs. - Accountable to the performance and productivity of team including operational setup tasks, pacing, partner communication, and troubleshooting. - Works directly with Leaf Home's largest affiliate partners to negotiate price; create new initiatives and execute on the affiliate strategy as outlined by Director of Affiliate. - Take investigative approach to affiliate partners and decisively dictates next steps. - Works with the Director to build a quarterly roadmap that aligns with strategic vision of the Digital Acquisition team. - Communicates weekly with FP&A and Senior Manager on affiliate spend, performance, and optimization expectations. - Prioritizes affiliate needs for internal stakeholders that results in successful launches and performance. - Continuously scope and research new and emerging programmatic opportunities to meet the success metrics of Leaf Home. - Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
