• Carry out commissioning activities using the TIA application software (PLC / WinCC) for sorting and distribution systems in existing CEP industry installations. • Support the development of hardware solutions for PLC control migration S5 → S7 / PC → S7. • Independently perform root-cause analyses and acceptance tests according to system-specific and customer-specific requirements. • Prepare customer documentation and conduct customer training sessions.

Job Requirements

  • Successfully completed a degree in automation engineering or automation informatics; alternatively, a comparable qualification as a technician or master craftsman.
  • Initial experience in commissioning conveyor systems.
  • Experience with sorting and distribution systems in the CEP industry.
  • Good knowledge in S7 control hardware/software, WinCC, drive and inverter technology, networks, and MS Office.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Interest in traveling > 70% of the time throughout Europe.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Role Description MS Technology, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Structural Engineer to support government and commercial nuclear projects through various phases of project execution, including planning, design, analysis, and construction support. Qualifications - BS in Civil or Structural Engineering (ABET-accredited). - Minimum of three (3) years of related structural engineering experience. - Experience with structural analysis and design and a strong understanding of applicable engineering codes and standards. - Experience preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications. - Experience utilizing structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro or GTSTRUDL. - Experience performing shell analysis, including glovebox shell analysis or similar structural shell evaluations, preferred. - Strong technical communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently in a part-time support role. - U.S. Citizenship required. - Ability to obtain and to maintain US security clearance is preferred. - Experience in DOE/NNSA or commercial nuclear industries preferred. - PE License, with ability to obtain licensure in Tennessee, preferred. Additional Skills - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with project teams. - Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
