• Conduct high quality reviews of psychology program compliance reports • Provide consultation on the Standards of Accreditation (SoA) • Apply the SoA in conducting compliance reviews • Serve as a key leader during CoA meetings • Compose detailed correspondence regarding accreditation decision feedback • Operate with confidentiality regarding accreditation information and program materials • Solve straightforward consultation requests and analyze complex inquiries

• Review and ensure all HHA files meet compliance and regulatory requirements • Verify medical documentation, including physicals, PPD/Quantiferon, immunizations, and other required clearances • Maintain and update caregiver records in HHA Exchange accurately and in a timely manner • Monitor compliance expirations and proactively follow up with caregivers for renewals • Communicate with caregivers to collect missing documentation and ensure timely completion • Coordinate with recruitment and onboarding teams to ensure caregivers are cleared to start cases • Assist with audits and ensure readiness for DOH and internal compliance reviews • Track and report compliance status, expirations, and deficiencies • Ensure all documentation is properly uploaded and maintained in the system
