Role Description We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to efficiently input, manage, and maintain data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have fast and accurate typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Your role will be essential in supporting data integrity and smooth organizational operations. - Accurately enter data from source documents into prescribed computer systems - Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency - Identify and correct errors in data entries, and report discrepancies - Maintain and update data records across multiple platforms or databases - Perform regular backups and maintain digital filing systems - Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information - Generate basic reports and assist with data collection as needed - Communicate with other departments to verify and gather necessary information - Follow company procedures and guidelines for data management - Assist in other administrative or clerical tasks as required Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus - Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role - Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum [insert WPM speed if required]) - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word - Experience with data entry software, CRM systems, or databases - Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Good organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks efficiently - Strong verbal and written communication skills Requirements - Remote working environment - Extended periods of computer use and typing - May require occasional overtime or deadline-oriented work
