Role Description Wadley Donovan Gutshaw Consulting is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Online Chat Support Agent to join our client support team. In this role, you will provide real-time assistance to current and prospective clients via our website chat platform, helping them with inquiries related to services, appointments, data submissions, and general information. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through live chat and web-based platforms. - Provide accurate information about WDGC’s services, processes, and resources. - Assist clients in navigating the website and submitting project-related documentation. - Escalate complex issues or requests to the appropriate team members. - Document all client interactions in the system for tracking and follow-up. - Collaborate with internal departments (consulting, operations, and support teams) to ensure timely resolution of client needs. - Monitor multiple chat windows while maintaining a high standard of service. - Provide support for technical issues related to the client portal, data uploads, or login access. - Stay up-to-date on WDGC’s service offerings, project workflows, and client engagement tools. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. - Previous experience in online chat support, customer service, or client relations is strongly preferred. - Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills. - Strong computer proficiency, including use of live chat tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. - Ability to multitask and manage several chats simultaneously. - High attention to detail and a commitment to client satisfaction. - Professional, friendly, and calm demeanor under pressure. - Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if needed. This position ensures that all incoming orders and project data are processed efficiently to support the success of consulting engagements and client deliverables. - Accurately input and process client orders and internal service requests in company systems. - Review incoming order documentation for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project requirements. - Communicate with internal teams to verify project specifications, timelines, and priorities. - Maintain detailed records of all order entries and related updates in the tracking system. - Monitor the order flow to ensure deadlines and service standards are met. - Respond to inquiries and resolve order-related issues in a timely and professional manner. - Work closely with project managers, analysts, and administrative staff to support order tracking and client updates. - Assist with reporting and documentation related to orders and project deliverables. - Ensure all data is handled with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or administrative studies preferred. - Previous experience in order entry, administrative support, or data processing is a plus. - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
