• Garantizar la consistencia, trazabilidad y cumplimiento de los registros operativos relacionados con los servicios, firmas electrónicas, validaciones previas a facturación y seguimiento de cuentas. • Revisar la creación, seguimiento y cierre de tickets en el sistema de gestión (SGT). • Recibir y revisar el consolidado operativo mensual. • Liberar listados de cuentas para facturación. • Autorizar el inicio del proceso de facturación a partir del cierre mensual de tickets. • Generar reporte mensual de tickets de servicio y cuentas a facturar. • Dar de alta nuevos clientes, cuentas o proyectos en el sistema SGT. • Realizar auditorías de tickets y registrar hallazgos. • Detallar las observaciones derivadas de auditorías y registrar retroalimentación técnica. • Cerrar tickets sin hallazgos cuando corresponda. • Emitir reportes mensuales de seguimiento e incidencias operativas. • Gestionar y mantener el historial de reportes y registros. • Gestionar solicitudes de firmas electrónicas mediante Adobe Sign (recepción, revisión, envío, seguimiento y almacenamiento). • Atender solicitudes de modificación de registros en sistemas de tickets. • Evaluar viabilidad y aplicar cambios solicitados por mesa de ayuda. • Realizar seguimiento y actualización de datos de proyectos (clientes directos como HCL). • Participar en juntas con cliente y elaborar presentaciones de seguimiento. • Enviar encuestas de satisfacción al cliente educacional según solicitudes del área de Educación. • Comprometerse y ser consciente de la participación para el logro de la política y objetivos de calidad. • Participar en la gestión de riesgos y oportunidades de su proceso. • Participar en las capacitaciones asignadas. • Conocer y cumplir con los procedimientos. • Completar registros en tiempo y forma. • Participar para las mejoras en los procesos. • Participar en el desarrollo de acciones correctivas e implementación. • Participar en el análisis FODA FO-CO-01, Partes interesadas FO-CO-03 y dar seguimiento a los planes estratégicos que se establezcan. • Participar en las reuniones con la dirección para revisión del SGC y asegurar que se cumpla con los compromisos y mejoras aplicables a su proceso. • Participar en la revisión y adecuación de la información documentada del SGC correspondiente a su proceso. • Conocer el alcance del SGC. • Conocer y cumplir con las responsabilidades asignadas al puesto. • Participar en auditorias. • Participar en la determinación de partes interesadas y en la medición del cumplimiento a sus requisitos. • Participar en la planificación de cambios de su proceso.
