Job Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- 8+ years of technical leadership experience
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives
- Integration of LLMs/Generative AI into commercial products
- Experience with AI tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
- Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Vue, React, Flask, SpringBoot
- Knowledge of MySQL, Oracle, Postgres, DynamoDB, Firestore
- Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP
- Strong technical mentor with a collaborative spirit
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
