Drive software development excellence across the org. • Gather stakeholder feedback and defining features to meet customer needs • Write proposals, carrying out code experiments, and building prototypes • Lead the technical response for large-scale, critical production incidents • Introduce new, cutting-edge technologies that provide a strategic advantage • Partner with Product and Executive leadership to influence what we build and how we build it. Help define the technical roadmap. • Identify and push for technical and process improvements. • Improve our CI/CD and simplifying deployment and administration • Maintain and diagnose our software as it runs in production in the cloud or in customer data centers, in support of our customers • Drive performance and scalability improvements • Teach advanced coding practices and architectural patterns • Review and approve code contributions from team members, ensuring quality, security, compliance
