Este rol se enfoca en conectar con dueños de restaurantes en Estados Unidos, identificar sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones tecnológicas que ayuden a mejorar su operación y experiencia al cliente. - Realizar llamadas en frío y prospección outbound para generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. - Identificar necesidades del cliente y ofrecer soluciones adecuadas. - Construir relaciones de confianza y cerrar ventas efectivas. - Coordinar procesos de onboarding, documentación e instalación. - Mantener actualizada la información en CRM y Excel. - Cumplir y superar metas comerciales de manera constante. Qualifications - Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en ventas, telemercadeo, call center o áreas relacionadas. - Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y negociación. - Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y orientado a metas. - Manejo intermedio de Excel y herramientas tecnológicas. - Perfil proactivo, organizado y orientado a resultados. - Computadora propia e internet estable. - Disponibilidad inmediata preferida. • Serves as the “navigator” of the relocation process for domestic transferees • Administers relocation policy/program • Counsels on best utilization of resources • Coordinates the shipment of household goods, destination services and expense management • Ensures customer and client needs are met in a timely efficient manner through delivery of Top Block service • Maintains an assigned caseload while delivering impeccable customer service to external and internal customers • Provides primary coordination for all phases of relocation activities on behalf of client as outlined in contractual agreement • Demonstrates knowledge of Cartus’ products and services in all interactions with client and customer • Recognizes and identifies cross-selling opportunities based on transferees needs to generate new sources of revenue • Ensures data integrity in all Cartus systems • Maintains compliance with Cartus’ corporate policies, programs, and standards • Other duties as assigned; training, special projects, client presentations, etc.

• Conduct customer discovery meetings to determine reporting requirements • Understand and work with customer on Power BI Licensing, and understand the limits/advantages of each licensing platform • Create well performing star schema data models for use with Power BI, including proper calculated columns and measures • Creating Power BI solutions for customers including importing data from multiple sources, building reports and dashboards, and creating appropriate data elements using DAX and source queries • Guide customers on deploying Power BI solutions to the Power BI service (Gateways, DirectQuery, DataFlows, Data Updates)
