• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance. Performs analysis of new releases and determines how they will impact workflow. • Defines modifications to application software or databases to address system functions or enhancements. • Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements. Manages all phases of testing and assists Lead/Project Manager in work effort and project scoping. • Manages complex IT projects/products in order to provide automated solutions that meet Inova Health System's business needs using the EpicCare solution. • Initiates issues for resolution while escalating and communicating status to management in a timely manner. • Conducts and participates in system technical and application reviews to determine feasibility, cost and evaluate usefulness for Inova. Coordinates vendor demos, site visits and reference calls. • Makes recommendations for team/analyst training programs and assists in the development and implementation of team member training/mentoring activities. • Performs other duties as assigned.

• Build and maintain Python-based data pipelines to ingest, process, and analyze large-scale autonomy datasets • Develop tools to extract and manipulate data from cloud-based storage systems (AWS, GCP, etc.) • Work with HD/SD map data, vehicle telemetry, and simulation outputs to support autonomy workflows • Write performant and scalable code for data processing, transformation, and analysis • Collaborate with systems, mapping, and AI/ML teams to support data-driven decision making • Develop scripts and tools to support scenario generation, ODD analysis, and validation workflows • Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability • Contribute to system-level debugging by analyzing data and identifying root causes of issues • Support integration of data pipelines into broader autonomy and validation systems

• Lead ODD characterization efforts by analyzing large-scale datasets across real-world, simulated, and mapped environments • Define system-level strategies for leveraging map data (HD/SD), telemetry, and autonomy logs to assess operating conditions • Design and implement Python-based workflows to extract, transform, and analyze data from cloud-based systems • Work across internal and supplier-provided datasets (mapping, perception, vehicle data) to derive actionable insights • Define KPIs and metrics that evaluate safety, performance, and release readiness of autonomy systems • Translate data insights into system-level requirements, design decisions, and validation strategies • Collaborate with mapping, perception, AI/ML, and validation teams to align on data usage and system behavior • Drive technical direction across teams by connecting data, system architecture, and real-world performance • Identify gaps in data, tooling, and system design and propose scalable solutions

Role Description This position’s primary role will be representing the SE&IT by supporting MDA/DE-SEA (Enterprise Analysis & Technical Innovation) and its role within the MDA Joint Analysis Team (JAT). In the test analyst role, the candidate will perform Missile Defense System (MDS) performance analysis of test data generated primarily by the MDA Ground Test (HWIL) program. - Support analysis of MDA Flight Test program events and Real World Event data. - Develop approaches and tools to support System-level and Element-level performance analysis on the complex Missile Defense System (MDS). - Produce analysis results and inputs to the official SEA test reporting products and for presentation during data reviews. - Present analysis results on behalf of the SEA customer. - Work with associated Systems Engineering (SE) teams, Test Organizations, Warfighters, and Element Program focals to ensure MDS tests meet technical intent, system capabilities, and behaviors. - Develop, utilize, and present analytical products to assess strategic and/or theater/regional element system level performance of the MDS in ground test and flight test events. - Perform analysis on all elements of the MDS, with a focus on System-Level behaviors. Qualifications - Degree in engineering classification, mathematics, or physics: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD. - Secret DoD Clearance. - Mid Level. Requirements - Knowledge of analytical approaches and demonstrated analytical skills and discipline. - Proficiency in using analytical tools that assess the system level performance of the MDS kill chain including: - Sensor acquisition, tracking, and discrimination. - Battle manager engagement planning. - Warfighter interaction and engagement coordination with other MDS systems. - Interceptor acquisition, tracking, and discrimination. - Able to work independently as well as part of a geographically distributed team. - Demonstrated capabilities in data scientist positions and the ability to develop tools to support analytical tasks. - Desire to learn about MDS elements and apply an understanding of element behavior to a System-Level analytical perspective. - Ability to analyze the MD Skill chain.
