Management Solutions
• Creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures. • Working closely with IT, engineering, and project teams to ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and aligned with federal government policies and industry standards. • Reviewing and revising technical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, formatting compliance, and version control. • Maintaining document repositories and supporting configuration/document management processes. • Ensuring all documentation complies with applicable federal, client, and organizational standards. • Assisting with documenting system changes, upgrades, testing procedures, and operational workflows. • Participating in project meetings and working sessions to capture requirements, updates, and action items related to documentation deliverables. • Tracking documentation deliverables and supporting timely submission of contract deliverables and reporting requirements. • Supporting continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance documentation processes, templates, and standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field (e.g., English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related discipline), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of relevant professional experience in technical writing, documentation development, or related roles.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
- Experience with documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and/or MadCap Flare.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract and/or security clearance requirements.
