Senior Game Designer

• Work both in and out of the engine to design, prototype and implement content, in collaboration with other disciplines. • Provide documentation and ongoing guidance to inform the implementation of features. • Understand, interpret and execute on direction, in alignment with project goals. • Resolve implementation issues or gameplay bugs. • Assist in testing new features in order to provide Design feedback.
Job Requirements
- 5-6 years of Game Design experience.
- Experience building content (levels & scripting) in Unreal Engine 5.
- Experience prototyping via Blueprints in Unreal 5.
- Ability to think logically with a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of competitive products and a variety of gameplay genres.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to convey abstract concepts.

• Provides specialised expertise in the collection of electronic data (non- CRF data) by supporting the design and development of clinical data management system (CDMS) • Development of data transfer agreements. • Liaises with key stakeholders to understand the data collection requirements and ensure data delivered is of high quality and as per requirements. • Collaborates with External Vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the raw data into a standardised format. • Manage internal stakeholder expectations and drive delivery forward. • Manage the resolution of issues and escalate accordingly to leadership team. • Lead/participates in initiatives to improve processes.
