• Assist in maintaining high quality of patient care in accordance with the Agency’s objectives and policies • Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate home health services • Educate and collaborate with field clinicians, clinical managers, and administrators on best practices • Review and monitor all Wellsky reports related to QA daily workflow to ensure timely processing of MD orders • Collaborate with key leadership to ensure STAR ratings, HHCAPS and VBP exceeds state/national levels • Assist with care coordination within branch locations to ensure appropriate visit utilization and quality care • Assist with end of episode billing • Identify training needs in branch locations and provide education as needed • Review and investigate clinical content, diagnoses, medical history, medications, and other procedures from the records of clients • Direct staff toward the appropriate use of community resources • Participate in the orientation of new professional staff

• Manage new restaurant construction projects from start to finish including site investigation due diligence, work letter and lease review, internal budgeting, defining schedules, bid and award of General Contractors, construction management, and cross-functional collaboration with operations. • Collaborate with the design team on test fits, schematic design, design development, construction drawings, permitting, bidding, and construction administration. • Manage third party architects and vendors ensuring company design requirements and deadlines are met. • Create and maintain project schedules using our pipeline template. • Own and manage Third Party Vendor relationships specific to Construction. • Coordinate with the Director of Design and Real Estate Strategy Manager on new restaurant pipeline ensuring a seamless handoff from new deal, to design, to construction. • Manage procurement of owner provided FF&E including inventory, invoicing, logistics, and deployment of found goods for restaurants. • Oversee remodel projects in existing locations. • Coordinate with Operations to ensure back of house, kitchen, and storage requirements are met. • Coordinate with Facilities and Operations to help monitor ongoing needs of existing restaurants providing input where needed. • Manage multiple projects at once.

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 30-50 major gift prospects and donors • Serve as the primary steward of Salesforce for the Northeast team • Oversee gift acknowledgment processes and maintain development reporting • Assist with grant management, events, book donation coordination • Support the Regional Director in implementing the annual development strategy

• Implement a comprehensive system of quality assurance for TTA to recipients and contract deliverables related to the work of Early Childhood Specialists • Provide effective and timely ongoing supervision, oversight and coaching to Early Childhood Specialists • Develop and implement professional development for EC Specialists to increase their capability to deliver TTA in key performance areas including early childhood education, coaching, curriculum implementation and fidelity, teacher-child interactions, family engagement, child and family outcomes, assessment, and data aggregation and analysis • Review recipient TTA reports for accuracy and ensure TTA reports are submitted by the due dates outlined in the Schedule of Deliverables • Implement a process for using, reporting, and presenting TTA data to inform and improve the quality and responsiveness of Early Childhood Specialist services and improve coordination with state, regional, and national priorities and other early childhood TTA systems, as directed by the region • Conduct at least two field observations of the Early Childhood Specialists in each performance period to assess the quality of TTA provided and determine professional development needs • Communicate with Area Office staff to ensure coordinated support, messaging, and prioritization of technical assistance to grant recipients • Participate in national, regional, and state work groups and meetings as directed by the OHS COR • Provide direct TTA to grant recipients, as requested by the Area Office • Support emerging OHS initiatives and priorities • Maintain CLASS Observer and/or Trainer Certifications as required • Attend monthly meetings in the Federal Office in Dallas, Texas – schedule to be determined by the Area Office
