Trainee Football Agent/Consultant/Scout

• Assist senior agents in identifying and recruiting talented football players by conducting research and attending matches. • Support the preparation and negotiation of player contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and representing the best interests of clients. • Coordinate logistics for player trials, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements and scheduling. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with players, clubs, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. • Provide administrative support in maintaining detailed records of player profiles, contracts, and negotiations to ensure accurate and up-to-date information management.

Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in design or business analysis work. - Customer-facing consulting experience. - Experience communicating business and/or technology processes using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, Gliffy, Draw.io, or similar. - Adaptable to use different design tools as required. - Ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences. - Comfortable presenting design deliverables to business stakeholders. - Experience analyzing data to identify user behaviors and make design decisions. - Willing and able learner of new technologies (e.g., Amazon Lex, Connect, and Bedrock, Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce, Google Dialogflow).
