The Role The Experience Designer Consultant Intern will support the framing of problems and provide help with innovative design solutions that meet user needs, while fulfilling key business objectives for a diverse range of products and experiences. They are ready to support other Design team members on concepts and early discovery work, as well as iterating on a mature product while embedded within a product team. On their product team, the Experience Designer Consultant Intern is communicating and collaborating with their Design pair, as well as with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Marketing. They will create and extend designs, prototypes and other design assets in order to facilitate the communication of the recommended solution. • Work embedded in a product squad while being a full member of the Product Design team under the governance of the Head of Product Design. • Join the Content Creation squad, whose mission is to empower any user to create high-quality and interactive content effortlessly, with AI support. • Collaborate daily with Product Managers and Engineers to solve complex product problems end-to-end. • Translate product vision, user insights, and technical constraints into intuitive, scalable, and consistent experiences. • Actively contribute to design excellence across the product by participating in shared standards, rituals, and continuous improvement of craft and quality.

Create and refine UX/UI designs for digital platforms, ensuring consistency and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences, maintaining attention to detail and evolving design systems.
