Job Requirements
- You are CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and understand the nuances of a regulated financial services environment.
- You have proven experience of at least 2 years in L&D with a track record of designing and delivering programs that demonstrate a clear ROI on colleague growth.
- You view AI as an accelerator. You can translate emerging technologies into practical learning solutions and established clear measures of success to track effectiveness.
