• Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business performance tracking • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytical outputs • Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights • Conduct deep dives into key metrics to support strategic and operational decision-making • Work with multiple data sources to build a single, reliable view of performance

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with data modelling is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around data quality and validation
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to link data to business outcomes
