• Ensure HubSpot instance serves as a high-performance growth machine • Implement best-of-breed CRM configurations based on HubSpot’s best practices • Identify friction points in processes and design system-based solutions • Research and manage third-party plugins to optimize tech stack • Build multi-touch attribution models and revenue forecasting dashboards • Lead regular data cleansing audits to maintain data integrity • Develop and lead training sessions for new hires and existing staff • Architect complex workflows for lead routing and scoring • Manage user roles and permissions for data security • Establish data entry guidelines for long-term system health

Experience working with a variety of sponsor types is preferred, including federal government agencies, state and local governments, nonprofit organizations, private foundations, and commercial entities. - Under minimal supervision and guidance, the Mid-Level/Senior Contract & Grant Administrator independently performs moderate tohighly complexcontract and grant administration activities, including proposal submission, negotiation, execution, and administration of RAND's sponsored research agreements. - Assignments at this level require the use of independent judgment and initiative in resolving problems and making recommendations.
