Role Description We are seeking a high-impact Data Engineering Manager to drive the technical evolution and operational success of our Data Engineering practice. In this multifaceted role, you will bridge the gap between business development and technical execution, joining client calls to architect robust solutions and identify the ideal talent profiles to see them through. You will act as a strategic steward of our engineering talent, managing bench workload, defining clear performance goals, and overseeing the professional growth of your team through rigorous technical mentorship. As a cultural ambassador for our Center of Excellence, you will operate with an owner mentality to increase organizational efficiency.
