• Own and manage the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows • Ensure data quality, governance, and segmentation strategies • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to align processes • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance • Implement lead scoring models and lifecycle management processes • Manage integrations between CRM and other tools (email, ads, analytics, etc.) • Support campaign execution through list management and automation • Identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion and operational efficiency • Document processes and maintain CRM best practices

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM management, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalents)
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and lead lifecycle management
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards
  • Familiarity with integrations (APIs, Zapier, or similar tools)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)

This role is responsible for coordinating workflows, managing timelines, and ensuring operational follow-through across projects. The position partners with leadership, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to move initiatives from planning through completion in a timely, organized, and consistent manner.
