• Design, build and maintain scalable backend services (Java) • Be an active part of creating and evolving APIs and services that connect user experiences with internal scalable infrastructure, while applying product requirements • Drive improvements to system architecture, performance, and developer experience • Develop and enhance our user-facing layer and frontend SDKs (React/Typescript) • Collaborate closely with a talented group of engineers, product managers, designers and data specialists across multiple teams • Contribute to technical discussions and help shape platform decisions

• Design, develop, configure, and tailor Click Software solutions, including ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, ClickOptimize, and Click Field Service Edge. • Convert business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and system configurations. • Create and maintain Click rules, scripts, and system enhancements. • Develop and support integrations between Click Software and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and billing platforms. • Assess scheduling, dispatch, and workforce optimization needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions. • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimize performance within Click environments. • Assist with system upgrades, patch deployments, and the rollout of new features. • Work closely with project managers, functional analysts, and operations teams throughout implementation phases. • Provide production support by addressing incidents, defects, and enhancement requests. • Prepare and update technical documentation and support materials.

• Audit and reset our deploy workflow and CI/CD pipeline • Stand up a proper staging environment • Document the stack and architectural decisions • Establish end-to-end testing as a discipline • Build additional data ingestion connectors beyond Xero (accounting platforms, identity providers, HR/payroll systems) • Design and build vendor utilisation integrations • Build a notifications system covering onboarding, alerts, and insight delivery • Design and build the master vendor catalogue at scale • Extend LLM-based vendor identification and classification work • Build evaluation infrastructure for agent reliability • Productionise the agent task model (per-task pricing) • Build Tier 2 functionality: utilisation analytics, consolidation recommendations, renewal automation • Integrate Stripe billing and tier paywalling • Help shape the hiring of engineer #2

• Fullstack Development: Build and evolve features on both the backend (APIs, integrations, business logic) and frontend (dashboards, operational flows, and user interfaces). • Core Module Development: Work directly on core modules such as Campaign Engine, Customer Profile, Integration Hub, and Channel Orchestrator. • Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations with external APIs (ERPs, WhatsApp, VOIP, payments, etc.), ensuring stability and scalability. • API Design: Create well-defined APIs (REST/gRPC) with a focus on decoupling and inter-service communication. • Data Modeling: Participate in defining and evolving data structures, ensuring consistency and performance. • Functional Frontend: Build simple, efficient interfaces (manager dashboards, onboarding, operational flows), prioritizing usability and fast delivery. • Observability and Debugging: Monitor logs, metrics, and system behavior to quickly identify and resolve issues. • Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and scalable code, following good versioning and review practices. • Collaboration: Work closely with backend, AI, product, and operations teams to ensure deliveries are aligned with business objectives.
