Role Description Koniag Data Solutions LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Entry-Level Project Analyst to support KDS and our government customer. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. The position is remote. The Entry-Level Project Analyst will support the development and delivery of training programs, internal and external communications, and graphic design projects. This role provides hands-on experience in coordinating creative projects while managing timelines, stakeholder expectations, and quality deliverables. Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Assist in coordinating training program development from concept through delivery - Track training project schedules, milestones, and participant registration/completion metrics - Support the creation of training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules - Design graphics, infographics, and visual assets for training materials and communications - Develop and format internal communications such as newsletters, announcements, and intranet content - Maintain brand consistency across all communications and training materials - Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy - Edit and proofread training documents and communications for clarity and consistency - Assist in managing the training materials library and version control - Support the planning and coordination of training sessions, webinars, and workshops - Collect and analyze training feedback and effectiveness metrics - Create visual templates and style guides for training and communications use - Maintain project management tools tracking communications campaigns and training initiatives - Assist in the development of multimedia content including video scripts and storyboards - Support social media content creation and scheduling as needed Qualifications - 0-2 years of experience in communications, graphic design, project work, or related role (internships, academic projects, and portfolio work considered) - Ability to obtain a Public Trust - Relevant coursework in instructional design, visual communications, or multimedia production - Internship or volunteer experience creating training materials, communications, or graphic design projects - Experience developing content for varied audiences Requirements - Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360) - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms - Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or similar software - Knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) - Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) - Understanding of accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG) for digital content - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email and web content formatting - Experience with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools - Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as SharePoint or WordPress - Basic photography and image editing skills - Understanding of social media best practices and platform specifications - Experience creating infographics and data visualizations - Familiarity with brand management and style guide development Benefits - Competitive compensation - Extraordinary benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance - 401K with company matching - Flexible spending accounts - Paid holidays - Three weeks paid time off - And more

Role Description The Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides high quality ABA treatment, support and training to maximize progress for every client via telehealth. The job includes leadership and coordination of care between Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians assigned to the team. The telehealth BCBA will work directly and indirectly, using ABA best practices for our clients, families and staff through development and supervision of individual treatment plans, behavior interventions, training of direct care staff and include areas of expertise to be shared with others (i.e., student supervision, research, training, specialized programming, behavioral challenges, etc.). The Telehealth BCBA provides services remotely as necessary to ensure clients and staff are supported across multiple center locations. A Telehealth BCBA must manage time effectively to ensure they are meeting the budgeted requirements of the position. Base salary of $90,000 per year with monthly bonus opportunities.
