Negotiates payment arrangements and helps families obtain financial assistance. - Collaborates with collection agencies, insurance companies, and internal departments to collect payments. - Processes all “Returned Mail” – including skip tracing and contacting doctor’s offices for information. - Assists in resolving payer problems and billing and reimbursement issues. - Maintains patient records and ensures confidentiality of sensitive information. Education Requirement: - High school diploma or GED, required. - Associates degree, preferred.
