• Support the management team in planning, tracking, and maintaining schedules across all production and post-production departments. • Assist in the setup and daily operations of animation production, as well as post-production processes across Lighting, Rendering, and Compositing. • Help coordinate and verify the transfer, setup, and organisation of production assets, files, and tasks from layout through to compositing. • Track and monitor department progress, ensuring tasks and deliverables for 3D Animation, Lighting, Unreal Engine, and Compositing meet scheduled targets. • Maintain up-to-date and accurate data in production management software to ensure clarity for artists and management. • Attend production meetings, take detailed notes, and generate actionable tasks based on meeting outcomes.

• Manage a high volume patient case-load. • Provide comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions (psychiatric consultation available). • Implement medication treatment plans for eating disorders and co-occurring conditions in a virtual clinic (i.e. telehealth) setting. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, therapists, patient mentors, and family mentors, along with outside providers. • Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip EMR in accordance with Equip’s policies and procedures. • Engage in treatment team meetings, supervision, and department meetings. • Perform other duties as assigned.
