Role Description A Data Technician will support a delivery team to enter, report, and document data under the guidance of the team lead. This position is part of a team requiring daily interactions in a collaborative environment. 100% Remote Monday - Friday 800AM EST to 430PM EST. Qualifications - Experience with databases, specifically Oracle. - Experience with SQL. - Ability to manage time and prioritization of tasks at a high level. - Ability to communicate effectively with managers and customers. - Experience working within a team-oriented, collaborative, Agile environment. - Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, GitHub, Jira. Requirements - Data Entry and Processing: Entering, updating, and correcting data in databases, often handling high volumes of information. - Data Integrity and Quality: Verifying data accuracy, performing data cleaning, and ensuring consistency across systems. - Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports and extracting insights from data for operational use. - Documentation and Security: Maintaining data documentation (dictionaries/models) and adhering to data security policies. - Ability to prioritize and execute tasks. • Own the Corporate Dashboard Portfolio: Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards spanning key corporate metrics, with a primary focus on ARR, incremental ARR, net revenue retention (NRR), acquisition, upsell, downsell, and churn. • Deliver Analytical Insights: Go beyond reporting — proactively surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities across corporate and revenue data and present findings to senior leadership. • Partner with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary analytics point of contact for executive and cross-functional teams, translating business questions into data-driven answers. • Write and Optimize SQL: Query large-scale databases to extract, transform, and validate data for dashboards and ad hoc analyses. • Maintain Data Quality: Collaborate with data engineering to ensure upstream data pipelines produce accurate, timely inputs for reporting. • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing dashboards, automate manual reporting, and introduce new analytical capabilities — including AI-assisted tools where appropriate. • Document and Standardize: Establish clear definitions, data dictionaries, and best practices for corporate and ARR-related metrics across the organization.

• Prepare, ingest and integrate data from multiple sources related to AI usage, including events, logs and metrics. • Perform exploratory analyses to identify adoption patterns, user behavior and risks in AI usage. • Build dashboards, reports and scorecards that translate technical data into clear views for different audiences. • Collaborate with product teams to define metrics, dimensions and events for AI monitoring. • Document business rules, data requirements and indicator logic, ensuring governance and traceability. • Present insights in a structured manner to technical and business stakeholders. • Support product evolution based on data analyses and feedback.
