Role Description Notre client est une entreprise en forte croissance spécialisée dans la vente de services à forte valeur ajoutée à destination de professionnels (dirigeants, responsables RH, managers et décideurs). Dans un contexte de développement rapide, l’entreprise renforce son équipe commerciale afin d’accélérer son acquisition client et structurer son activité de prospection B2B. L’accent est mis sur la qualité de la relation client, la rigueur commerciale et la performance individuelle. - Développement commercial (environ 70%) - Prospecter de nouveaux clients B2B (cold call, email, LinkedIn) - Construire et gérer votre pipeline de prospects - Identifier les décideurs clés (dirigeants, RH, responsables formation/opérations) - Présenter les offres et solutions de manière claire et impactante - Qualifier les besoins et détecter les opportunités commerciales - Négocier et closer les ventes - Suivi client (environ 30%) - Assurer le suivi des clients existants - Garantir une expérience client de qualité - Identifier des opportunités d’upsell - Remonter les feedbacks terrain à la direction Qualifications - Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en vente B2B de services à distance - Expérience confirmée en closing de ventes - Aisance en prospection téléphonique (cold calling) - Excellent niveau de français oral et écrit Requirements - Apprécié - Expérience dans la vente de formation ou services B2B (RH, business services, etc.) - Maîtrise des outils CRM et de visio (HubSpot, Zoom, etc.) - Sensibilité aux environnements digitaux et data-driven - Compétences clés - Prospection téléphonique structurée et efficace - Capacité à gérer un cycle de vente complet - Discipline dans le suivi de pipeline et des KPIs - Bonne maîtrise des outils digitaux (CRM, visio, reporting) - Autonomie et organisation en full remote - Soft skills - Excellente capacité d’écoute et de compréhension client - Résilience et persévérance commerciale - Énergie et impact dans la communication - Esprit d’équipe malgré le remote - Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à se remettre en question - Forte orientation résultats Benefits - Rémunération : fixe + variable attractif (non plafonné) - Organisation : 100% full remote - Horaires : Temps plein - Outils fournis : CRM, supports commerciaux, outils de prospection
