**Your Role** This is not a “manage agencies and review dashboards” CMO role. This is for someone who can think strategically and execute ruthlessly. You will own the entire marketing engine, from brand to pipeline, while managing a lean team and external resources. You’ll work directly with the founder to amplify personal branding, drive demand, and turn CrewBloom into a category leader in remote staffing. **What You’ll Own** 1. Growth & Demand Generation - Build and execute a full-funnel growth strategy - Own pipeline generation targets (MQLs, SQLs, revenue contribution) - Optimize CAC, conversion rates, and channel ROI 2. SEO & Organic Acquisition - Develop and execute SEO strategy (technical + content + authority) - Build scalable content systems (blogs, landing pages, programmatic SEO) - Drive inbound traffic that converts 3. Paid Acquisition - Manage and optimize paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) - Run experiments across creatives, audiences, and funnels - Scale what works, kill what doesn’t—fast 4. Outbound & Cold Email - Build high-performing outbound systems (cold email, LinkedIn outreach) - Own messaging, sequencing, and deliverability - Collaborate with sales on pipeline generation 5. Social Media & Founder Branding - Own CrewBloom’s social presence (especially LinkedIn) - Build and scale the founder’s personal brand into a lead engine - Create content that drives engagement, authority, and inbound leads 6. Team Leadership (Lean Team) - Manage a small, high-output team or agency - Hire, train, and scale talent as needed - Work with freelancers/agencies when necessary, but stay hands-on 7. Systems & Analytics - Set up dashboards, attribution models, and reporting systems - Track performance across all channels - Make data-driven decisions weekly

- 6+ years in marketing, with strong B2B or services experience (staffing & healthcare experience is a huge plus)
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue, not just impressions
