Role Description Are you ready to take your skills to the next level and keep the world of automation moving? Lift, Inc. is looking for dedicated full-time Electro-Mechanical Technicians for our Pottsville, PA location. This is an hourly role with daily dispatch directly from your home to the job site - no need to report to a central location. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will: - Maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of conveyor and automation systems, including belted and roller conveyors, MDR conveyors, ASRS, sorters, palletizing, and GTP systems. - Keep systems running by addressing issues with motors, photo eyes, relays, proximity sensors, solenoids, motor starters, encoders, and more. - Tackle both basic and advanced electrical and mechanical challenges. - Perform preventive and predictive maintenance using job plans, procedures, and manuals. - Travel to job sites directly from home to ensure critical equipment remains operational in high-paced environments. Qualifications - Work experience in preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair methods. - Experience or coursework in mechanical and/or electrical components, compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. - 2+ years of experience in a distribution center, manufacturing, or production environment. - Certification in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical skills (preferred).
